How to use:
Spray 2–4 times onto skin (feet, legs, arms, stomach, or any sore area) and massage gently.
A mild tingling sensation on first use is normal — it indicates magnesium absorption.
If irritation occurs, dilute with water or apply to smaller areas (like the feet).
