The Wellspring is a community wellness collective in Warburton, Victoria, offering flexible, affordable space hire for practitioners, facilitators, teachers, and community groups.
Our spaces are designed to support health, wellbeing, creativity, and connection — whether you’re offering regular classes, one-off sessions, workshops, or simply need a calm, professional environment to work with people one-on-one.
We welcome a wide range of practices, including yoga, meditation, counselling, bodywork, energy work, group workshops, creative sessions, retreats and community gatherings.
The Wellspring exists to support both practitioners and the wider community, and our space hire model is designed to be accessible, sustainable, and flexible.
A Membership-Supported Community Space
We operate on a simple membership model to help cover rent, utilities, and the ongoing care of the space.
From $240 per year (or $22/month paid quarterly), practitioners can access discounted member rates across all rooms as well as priority social media and community promotion, website practitioner feature, and ticketed event sales through our website.
This helps us keep hire costs low while maintaining the Wellspring as a welcoming, well-held environment for everyone.
Membership is encouraged but not required — non-member rates are available, and one-off or casual hires are always welcome.

The Studio
An intimate yoga and movement studio ideal for yoga, meditation, movement, breathwork, and group practices.
Fits approximately 12-20 yoga mats.
Chairs and yoga equipment available.
Member Rates
Hourly: $35 per hour | Half Day (4-7hrs): $28 per hour | Full Day (7+hrs): $22.75 per hour

Community Space
An inviting, flexible room for group activities, workshops,
discussion circles, sitting meditation,
craft, and community gatherings.
Adjoining kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities.

Forest Room
A serene consultation room ideal for counselling,
energy or bodywork, readings or small meetings.

Sunshine Room
A peaceful consultation space suited to
one-on-one sessions, energy and body work, and quiet therapeutic work.

River Room
A light-filled treatment room equipped
with a massage table, ideal for bodywork and hands-on therapies.

Wellspring Hot Desks
Plenty of light to bathe you in warmth as you get a change in scenery and Hot Desk at the Wellspring.
Perfect for remote workers, freelancers, or small business owners who need a quiet place to focus.
These limited cosy spaces are only available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am til 1pm.
